According to our payment forecast, first applications will be processed in about three weeks. Follow-up applications with changes will be processed in about 2-3 weeks. Follow-up applications for the totally unemployed will be paid immediately.
The processing of applications is delayed due to the high volume of applications. In particular, there are many new lay-offs and these applications are often slow to process.
However, you can influence the speed at which your application is processed.
You should send your application as soon as possible. A delay of even a few days in the application can delay the payment of daily allowances considerably, especially at the turn of the year, when there are many public holidays.
