New for you: accelerate your job search with coaching
We offer you even more help to find a new job! We’ve launched a new job search coaching, produced by Eezy Employment Services and tailored for YTK members. The tips and exercises will help you speed up your job search.
You can access the coaching on the Find job tab in OmaYTK. On the page you will also find our other job search services and, for example, job vacancies!
The increase in the daily allowance will be abolished
At the turn of the year, a change in the law will come into force which will mean that we will no longer be able to grant an increased daily allowance.
Your membership invoice will soon be subject to a fee – change your invoicing method now!
You have a paper membership invoice or one that arrives in OmaPosti.
Now is the last time to avoid a 5 € paper invoice fee. Switch to a free e-invoice before the end of the year!
If you have already requested an e-invoice through OmaYTK, remember to accept the e-invoice in your online bank.
Consider taxation
Your tax card for 2025 will have been sent to you by the tax authorities by early December at the latest. Once you have received your new tax card, you should order an amendment tax card to take account of the payment of the benefit.
Employment areas replace TE Offices
TE Offices will be abolished at the turn of the year. In future, you will be able to obtain TE services from your employment area.
Impact of holidays on payment days and customer service
This year, the New Year and Christmas holidays fall on weekdays. Public holidays will affect when your daily allowance will be in your account.
